A white buffalo or white bison is an American bison possessing white fur and are rare. They are broad and muscular with shaggy coats of white hare. Adults grow up to 6.5 feet and weigh from 880 to 2,000 pounds. They are nomadic grazers, and their meat is like beef but much leaner and lower in cholesterol.
