Nilgai
The Nilgai is a large antelope that more resembles a horse than a bull. Males are born brown, and as they mature the coat changes to a blue-gray or charcoal color while the females stay brown. The males grow sharp pointed horns that range 6 to 10 inches tall. Bulls have beards that resemble a turkey and grow with age. The meat of the nilgai is known as some of the tastiest of all wild game animals.
